A large collection of furniture stores, many of which are owned by the same companies. The staff in most of them were very pleasant and helpful. There were few items on the floor available to take home. Items could be ordered with customization to meet your needs, but lead times were long and unpredictable. Prices seemed to be normal with few discounts. Come during market week for bargains.

Leslie and Anne with Hickory Park Furniture Galleries are the best! I am a realtor in the Huntersville area and Leslie helped me pick out furniture for my master bedroom. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined! The furniture is amazing quality and so beautiful. Their delivery service was great too. I HIGHLY recommend shopping with Leslie & Anne - they have an eye for design!

I was looking for an executive desk chair for my study, which is where I spend a lot of my time. I was pretty skeptical about trying to buy a chair online. However, that changed when I was fortunate enough to contact Cheryl Dockery. She was so attentive to what I was looking for in a quality leather chair. She had me send her pictures of my study and the art work I was wanting the chair to compliment, so she could better assist me. Additionally, she sent me samples of the leather and the wood. The chair is outstanding! I could not be more pleased to have it in my study. I have kept Cheryl's business card for future furniture needs. Thank you Cheryl!

They require you to pay cash for the final delivery. Who does that?? I fortunately have the money for it but how many people can't do that? Then they can just keep your deposit and turn around and sell your piece of furniture and you're out a deposit. We won't be shopping here again because that policy seems sneaky to me. Sure it's in the paperwork you sign but they certainly don't highlight it and I think there's a reason for that.

I purchased 2 couches about a year and a half ago. I had some issues with the couches. Ive been speaking to customer service for over a year and her name is Melanie. Melanie was so helpful and very professional. My husband and I are so pleased with the outcome of our issue. Melanie stayed in contact with me through this whole problem. The issue was resolved. When I went back to the Hickory Furniture (Lazy Boy) I had to meet Melanie in Person . She is a very nice caring person. She does her job well. Thank you Melanie for keeping my husband & I a happy customer. Maureen & Joe
