One of cleanest and family friendly stadium one can go to. I have many memories here and all great ones even when the home team lost just because of the great experience. Location is great, just at the outskirts of the city so you can get free parking if you are willing to walk a bit. It's not just about free but it also helps to get out fast after the game. Great beer selection, good food, good crowd and stare of the art a/v . One off the other attraction is the many great tailgating spots right outside to the stadium..

Went to watch the Texas A&M Marching Band with my dad and brother. We had all wanted to see them for years. Most impressive. BofA is a fine stadium. We had club level seats. The levels facilities were very nice but then the game was poorly attended and thus not too crowded.

It all started w/ the bag checking staff. The old back lady tried to give me a hard time. This was my first panthers game. She had a nasty attitude (NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BY MANAGEMENT) I had no idea about not being able to bring bags.. I had a drawstring bag, which I miss by the way, they threw that away along with some change she wouldn't allow me to take out of it. Told me I couldn't get my bag until I paid for it. Never got any other info on where to pay for my bag. Other than the OLD BLACK FEMALE IN THE BAG CHECKING AREA, everything else was okay. It was just super cold.. Ended up leaving early but PANTHERS STILL WON

The stadium is conveniently located in downtown Charlotte with several hotels within walking distance. Coming in to the stadium, some signage would be helpful. We stood in one line only to get to the front and be directed to a second line, which was closer to our ticketed section. After reaching the front of line #2 we were directed to yet a 3rd line for a bag check for my wife's purse. I looked but couldn't find any signage that would have directed us to the correct line. A lot of other people seemed to be having the same problem. Egress from the stadium was efficient and fast.

It was a fun time. Plenty of bathrooms. A lot of different foods and there were so many concession stands. You never have to wait. Best part the overwhelming hospitable staff worker's throughout the whole stadium. A great experience.
