Needed to take a shower in the morning to find out there was no shampoo in the shower/room (their mistake for not stocking our room). Called the front desk to ask for some shampoo, she started to tell me I needed to come down to the desk and get it, I then forgot which one of us was the paying customer. We were in the highest floor, their elevators were not working and they wanted me to come down and get the shampoo. I asked her to please bring it to my room, (do you like to go out in public after just getting out of bed having not showered yet?) and she said okay, as I reminded her of my room number she hung up on me. Never got the shampoo, washed our hair with soap. Pathetic customer service. We paid $130+ for our room. Learn from our mistake pay the little extra and go stay at the courtyard instead.

Stayed here for a month while on military orders. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The front desk was very prompt with fixing issues. The room comes with a tv, stove, refrigerator, microwave and cooking utensils at request from front desk. I felt at home and appreciate the ability to cook my own food. Highly recommended this hotel and will stay here when I visit Charlotte again.

What a terrible experience so say the least. Got shafted out money had to pay twice to stay still fighting to get money back. Elevator was broken and of course the room was on the top floor (4th) all the way to the end. Bed uncomfortable, no ice ...just an absolute terrible place...I won't be back!

Drove from VA here. 5hr drive. Got here checked in. Always with any room my husband and I uses clorox wipes to wipe everything down. Dirt everywhere. Shelves Counters. Once we finished we we're getting comfortable. I just so happen to look on the floor which is hardwood and noticed a stain. Wipe ot with a wipe and dirty af. Soooo we had to go out our way and by this time it's 8pm go to Walmart and buy a swifter to mop the floor. The pictures are the result. So in the a.m. husband making us sandwiches to eat for work and a roach walks across the counter. I was done at this point. $637 a wk for this? No. The only thing the manager could do was offer me ten percent discount and move me to another room. And not to mention when we checked in the elevator was broken and were on the 3rd floor. The elevator is still broken 4 days later. Oh!! The hotel reeks of Marijuana or there ppl outside smoking it as you're walking to your vehicle. Never again.
