Good staff. Clean environment. However, they definitely need to remodel. It's old and outdated. I love that they have ovens in the rooms. Pretty cool! Wish they offered more streaming channels. Their wifi sucks though... could barely connect to my lap top. Other than that spent 2 nights here and the weather was nice, enjoyed opening the windows!

The place smelled like urine, there were blood stains on my shower curtain and the room smelled moldy with stains on the carpet. They moved my room three times and it took me saying it was an emergency after all the issues to get the property manager Jim or at least that's what he said his name was, to come and speak with me. I've stayed in comfort inns that were nicer and the management was definitely better. By far my worst hotel experience ever and I traveled 10 months last year if that gives you an idea! Do yourself a favor and pick another hotel and you're welcome!

This was the worst Marriott property that I have ever stayed at and probably the worst hotel all around. I am a lifetime Platinum member of Marriott so I have been to many. Although the front desk clerk was courteous, he barely acknowledged me on arrival and spoke very little. The room we received was extremely dated, the floor was sticky, the furniture was questionably clean, the hair dryer had been torn out of the wall - holes were still there - and not replaced, no hangers in the room when we arrived and one door was missing from the kitchen sink while the other was hanging loose on the hinges. This room should never have been rented to anyone! We checked out without staying the night.

I am a frequent traveler and switched from Hilton to Marriott several years ago based on advice from fellow associates. I have been happy with that decision. All Marriott properties have been top-notch until yesterday. The hotel was a nice area, and the check-in process was professional, but things quickly went downhill from there. The issues are many, but I will list a few. As soon as we stepped into the hotel, it was apparent that it was far from the Marriott standard. When we got to our floor, there was a smelly, overfilled trash bin at the elevator (and it was still there this morning). The doors were all scuffed leading to our room. Upon entering our room, there was a strong marijuana odor throughout the room. There was white powder on the carpet around the room (to kill bugs?), stains all over the furniture and rugs, and the kitchen had many defects. There were many more issues, and my wife took pictures. We rarely complain and decided to "deal with it" since it was just one night. Simply put, the hotel is a mess and needs to be updated.

I have stayed at this particular locations a few times and was a bit disappointed in my most recent time. The staff was great, very friendly, but the accommodations can use a real upgrade. It does not feel like a Marriott property. Outdated fixings. The leather had completely peeled of the desk chair. The bathroom needs to be redone, but the tub absolutely need to be done. I dont choose this particular brand for luxury, but I have stayed at plenty of TownPlace suites and felt a little luxurious. The did offer complimentary mini waters. But the concession pickings were slim. The breakfast was grab and go food. They had a really good selection of cereals, breakfast sandwiches, juices, and yogurt. The breakfast helped make the stay better. Once they remodel a bit I think I will be up to Marriott standards again.
