From the moment I walked in the door the front desk service was excellent!!! The General Manager was so helpful and took his time to share information with us and answer all our questions & even showed us a room to reassure us. Also, the food was great as well as the kitchen staff. Novalett was such a sweetheart!!! She made sure we had a great breakfast experience every morning. The room was super clean & smelled excellent. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Charlotte! Thank you so much for a GREAT stay!!!

Possibly one of the best places I've stayed at. Nothing fancy but not run down. Free breakfast and dinner included with my stay and it's great food. Market is kind of high but not terribly overpriced. The price is extremely fair. It's family friendly, military friendly. Pool is open year round. It's a great place and affordable.

This was a very pleasant stay! the staff was very polite and informative. The hotel serves breakfast AND dinner! with lots of choices and sides to choose from. they serves full meals and not just continental meals. you get 2 free cocktails for each night you stay at the hotel too! it was quiet and comfortable in the entire establishment. the rooms were clean and fully stocked. rooms are slightly out of date but very comfortable which makes up for it.

I called to book reservations as we were traveling with 3 teenagers and wanted an adjoining room. The rate was more by calling and the attendant advised that she could not give same rate as online ( $10 ) difference, and could put in a request but no guarantee for adjoining rooms. She advised I could make same request online, so i booked online.. I made our reservation for 2 rooms. Requesting adjoining rooms. Upon checking in, I asked about adjoining rooms, and the currentreservation did not have rooms adjoining, and they checked, but none were available. Frustrating, as I made the reservation 2 weeks prior, and the hotel did not seem full.Anyways, as we walked down the hall tp our rooms we smelled marijuana....pretty strong. The room was clean, but super dated. We ate at the happy hour and breakfast. Both were okay. At 11pm there was a person sitting in the middle elevator area yelling, and screaming ( he was by himself). We felt unsafe and did not feel safe to go back to lobby as we would have to pass him. We will not be returning.

Both breakfast and dinner included, and neither half bad! I liked the staff that met us at the door; friendly, and lively. Dinner had some standard fare, hotdogs and nachos, as well as chicken, vegetables, and even wine! Yes, a makeshift bar had some choices of beer, wine, and mixed drinks! I thought this was novel. Breakfast was eggs, bacon and sausage, along with a full continental complement. Solidly done. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was typically smallish. TGI Friday's, along with all manner of retail surround this location. Was easy to get an Uber the next day.
