The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very dated and the shower didnt drain well. The hotel was short staffed and they were unable to open the coffee shop. The staff that we interacted with was friendly but this was definitely over priced for what it offered.

The room was a nice size, clean and the service at the front desk was friendly. However the walls are very thin and I could hear a lot of noise in the hallway and rooms beside me. There was an odd smell in throughout the place that I can't quite put my finger on. The phone in my room, the pool, and the ice machine were all out of service making the place feel run down. I also could have done without the 8:15am wake up from house keeping knocking on my door (granted I didn't put the do not disturb sign on the door but that's never been an issue for me before). Because of the thin walls I couldn't get back to sleep since house keeping was knocking on all the doors in the hallway. Overall ok experience but not up to Marriott standards in my opinion.

The rooms are okay and we used to truly love staying here - pre-pandemic. My poor review is due primarily to an apparent refusal to communicate by management and their incredibly rude staff. The hotel charged me $26 more than what was cited on my reservation confirmation, they refused to honor the benefits associated with my Marriott Titanium status, and what I consider to be worst of all - have not communicated with me after my written email to them and Marriott's two requests for them to contact me. In my mind, they should be removed from the Marriott brand. We have stayed at an abundance of Marriott hotels in the past several years and this one ranks at the very bottom. It has become a mediocre hotel, which is a shame. I am certain that the room charge was a mistake made by a new employee - so why won't they communicate and refund the difference? Why were we greeted in the morning at the restaurant with "I'm not fixing anything but breakfast sandwiches" - as opposed to "hello". I wrote the manager an email, but he never replied. Why wouldn't they honor the benefit they have printed on the voucher they handed me. I wrote to Marriott about the situation, and they said I would hear from the hotel in about 5 days. I did not. I wrote again to Marriott who said they had contacted the management but didn't know when I would hear anything. I have heard nothing from SREE Hotel group. So, we will never stay there again.

This place is great, not only clean rooms but amazing customer service!!!!! I went to the lobby bathroom and unfortunately the stall I went into was out of tee pee, I called the front desk and not even a few mins later was brought tee pee!!! Saved the day. I wasn't able to go to the next stall which was completely stocked, I checked after the fact! Lol. 5 stars all day

Nice hotel. Clean and pleasant. Bistro breakfast was hot and quick. In room iron, hair dryer and fridge. Will stay again..
