We were booked here on an American Airlines voucher because of a missing connection. I was skeptical at first after seeing the reviews, however, I did have some positive feedback. The desk ladies were extremely nice, the room was decent. Clean, but in need of refurbishing. The king bed was comfortable. We used our food vouchers in the restaurant to get take out, that attendant was very nice also. It was almost closing time, but she filled our order so we could get something to eat last night. Is this a hotel where I would want to spend a few days? No, but it was adequate for the situation , and the pleasant staff helped make the best of the situation. We had a meal, a shower and a clean bed. The shuttle was prompt in the morning,too.

Truly the dirtiest and hotel I have ever stayed in. Had to stay here due to flight cancellations, and this is the hotel the airline sent us to. The room was disgusting, with stains on every wall and surface, holes in the bedsheets, peeling ceiling and broken outlets. There was dust built up in every corner of the room, showing the room clearly was not vacuumed thoroughly. The menu book had food stains and who knows what else dried all over it. Everything was filthy. We did not eat at the restaurant but had to grab some utensils and napkins from there, and it was disgusting. I certainly would not eat there. The staff was fine but could never make up for the state of the room.

The airline put us up here. NEVER again. Its dirty, noisy and run down. There is grim in the corner of the bathroom that looks like its been here for years. The hotel and rooms are dated. The staff was nice thats only thing place has going for it. Knowing this I would have paid for a nicer hotel. Even at free I wouldnt stay here again. Gross!

I used this hotel for airport parking and I would recommend but with caution. When I arrived, I parked and got the shuttle with no issue. The shuttle driver and front desk were very nice. On the way back, I called them as instructed and they said they would tell the shuttle driver. I waited about a half hour before I called to get an update. I was then told that they circled a few times but it should be arriving any minute. I was standing at the entrance to shuttle pick up watching every single one. It never came. I ran into someone else who waited just as long for it and the hotel would no longer answer either of our phone calls. We ended up having to take an Uber. Every other shuttle had come through multiple times. Im really not sure what happened but its very unprofessional to leave your customers stranded that long. I guess you get what you pay for.

Although my stay was absolutely horrible, the staff was very nice. The room itself had a strange smell, the walls had stains/scratches, the remote didnt work, rusty stains in the shower/tub, room cards kept deactivating, and horrible pillows. Not to mention, the smallest bathroom ever. The bathroom door would slightly hit the edge of the toilet when entering. And my room door doesnt close on its on. I was in my room for 20 mins or more before realizing the door was still open half way as I was going to the bathroom. Wont be back.
